Overview

This course introduces the basics of design strategy for events through ten modules. It covers creative foundations, innovation within constraints, design thinking, and the design of guest experiences. The course also addresses value co-creation and participation strategies, followed by the six Events Engineering phases: Explore, Visualize, Envision, Nurture, Together, and Sustain. Throughout, the course applies practical tools such as the SPARK model, FLOW model, and P³ framework to test ideas, refine strategies, and create events with lasting impact.
